I have food allergies, can you accommodate?

While we do our best to avoid cross contamination, we are not an "allergy-free" kitchen. No products are certified allergy-free. So, for example, if you see a "gluten-free" item, that item is made without gluten containing ingredients, but it is NOT certified gluten-free.

Do you accept returns?

Due to the perishable nature of our items, we do not accept returns. If there is an issue with your order, please email us at buddinbakery@gmail.com and let us know your concerns. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

All mocktails must stay refrigerated or frozen.

I would like to order catering or a special order. How do I do that?

For larger orders or special orders, we require two weeks (minimum) advance notice. Please reach out via the Contact form, Instagram, or at buddinbakery@gmail.com to place this order. If you would like an order, but it's last minute, please reach out and we will see what we can do, but cannot guarantee that we will be able to make the order.

Shipping FAQ

When will my order ship?

Orders will ship the Wednesday following your order. We ship through USPS Priority Mail.

Please make sure the delivery address can be reached by USPS. Once we have accepted your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not see the confirmation email, please check your spam folder before contacting us. 

Where do you ship?

We ship our products within the USA, excluding Hawaii and Alaska.

How much does shipping cost?

Our shipping rate is $15 with a handling rate of $5.

The handling rate is used for the additional supplies needed to ship, instead of increasing our product prices. Baked goods and Madjesty's Elevated Spirits ship separately.

When does ordering open?

Online ordering will open every Wednesday between 12PM-1PM. Online ordering will close Sunday at 8PM.  

When will my order arrive?

Your order should arrive 2-3 business days after shipping. A tracking number should be sent to you when the shipping label is printed. If one was not sent, please contact us for your tracking number.

If my order is lost or stolen, what should I do?

Unfortunately, once orders are mailed out, issues may occur. Packages that are lost or stolen during the process of delivery should be dealt with by contacting your local Postal office. It is at the sole discretion of the USPS where your package will be left and who it will be left with. If the lost package is returned to our company, we will remake your order and send it back out on the next shipping cycle. However, we do not cover or replace: stolen packages, lost packages not returned to Buddin' Bakery, or packages damaged by USPS employees.

Why can't I order the Artisan Rolls?

As of now, we are only shipping our menu items that can withstand shipping. Visit us at one of our weekend markets to get try our artisan rolls!

Why can't I order more than 6 of Madjesty's Elevated Spirits?

This is because of the box size we use. All items are shipped using USPS Medium Priority Flat Rate Boxes. If you would like to place a bigger order then please contact us at: buddinbakery@gmail.com
